Getting from the airport to the city:

There’s numerous ways to get into the city from Alicante airport. Flights to this airport are available from most international airports (it is the gateway to Benidorm after all!)

Taxi

Taxis from the airport take approximately 20 minutes into the city at a cost of around €20 - €30. The taxi rank is located on the top level of the airport.

Bus

There’s a regular bus service from Alicante airport to the city, running every 30 minutes from the bottom floor of the airport. This bus takes approx 25-35 minutes to the city center depending on the route and stops, and costs around €3.50 - €4.50.

Getting from the airport to the venue:

If you happen to be travelling in directly on the day of the wedding, a taxi from the airport is the most efficient option. Taxis from the airport take approximately 30 minutes to the venue at a cost of around €30 - €40. The taxi rank is located on the top level of the airport.

We request your response by May 1st 2026 to confirm your attendance.

Places to Stay

Whilst the wedding itself is taking place in a suburb of Alicante San Juan, we recommend staying in Alicante city center. There’s tons to do there as a guest including scenic walks, local markets, the old town, the amazing Santa Barbara castle, lots of pubs, restaurants and clubs, and of course - the beach.

Our recommendations for places to stay are listed below:

If you want to experience the city and nightlife:
